Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, software keys, subscriptions, and completed services, all sales are final after delivery.

No refunds will be issued once:

  • A key has been delivered
  • Access has been granted
  • A service has been completed
  • Software has been downloaded or activated

Physical Consoles

Refund requests for physical consoles may be considered before shipment.

Once shipped, refunds are only available where required under applicable consumer protection laws or where a valid warranty claim applies.

Warranty Replacements

If a console develops a covered fault during the warranty period, we may:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Offer an alternative resolution at our discretion

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Console bans
  • Shadow bans
  • User error
  • Compatibility issues clearly disclosed before purchase
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Game updates that affect functionality
  • Products advertised as lifetime access where the software later becomes unsupported
